Our story
Accurate Homes was started in September 2019 by Jacob Moor, a Waikato builder with over 13 years on the tools. What began as one builder's commitment to doing things properly has grown into a company known for quality new builds, renovations, and commercial work across the region.
We work for a real mix of clients: homeowners, lifestyle blocks, rentals and commercial projects. We bring the same care and attention to detail to every job, whatever its size.
We're hands-on builders: we turn up, keep the site tidy, communicate clearly, and stay with you from the first conversation through to final handover. Reliable, quality work and straight-up advice, with no cut corners and no surprises.

Jacob is a Certified Passive House Tradesperson (Building Envelope), certified by the Passive House Institute in Germany, the body behind the world's leading standard for warm, healthy, energy-efficient homes.
That means Accurate Homes can build to Passive House principles: airtight, thermal-bridge-free construction that stays comfortable year-round on a fraction of the running costs. It's the direction we're taking the business, and we'd love to talk to anyone planning a high-performance or Passive House build.
